Larry Weng

Chief Executive Officer

Larry is responsible for the overall direction, success, and vision of Phelps United LLC and its three business units.  In 2008, Larry founded PNH Technology.  In 2018, PNH Technology acquired Sourcing Solutions and merged to become Phelps United LLC. With this merger, OmniChannel Distribution was created.  Larry and his team are building a new distribution platform that enables technology manufacturers to efficiently sell through their distribution partners and online marketplaces like Amazon.  His goal is to create a holistic distribution platform that minimizes channel conflict and maximizes brand equity. 

Larry graduated from the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology.  He is also a proud member of Vistage Worldwide. Larry enjoys playing beach volleyball, surfing, snowboarding, and spending time with his family.  He is passionate about investing in people and watching them grow and develop.  Larry believes that Life is a Journey, and you should Enjoy the Ride!

Adam Shaffer


Adam is a pioneer in technology eCommerce with over 30 years of experience at industry-leading companies. 

Previously, Adam was PCM's Executive Vice President of Brand and Product & Partner Marketing.  Adam is a veteran of the IT industry and has held several senior positions including EVP of Worldwide Marketing and Operations at MicroWarehouse; VP of Brand Development for Dennis Publishing/Maxim Magazine; CEO for eCost.com, where he was responsible for its successful spinoff and IPO and CEO for LWS Media, a BPO and Web Design/Development services organization with over 850 employees worldwide.

When Adam has some spare time, you will find him spending time with his wife and his two beautiful daughters.

Chris Raub

Chief Operations Officer & Executive Vice President of Sales

Chris is responsible for all internal operations, sales strategies, customer relations, and new business development, within Phelps United and its three business units.  In 2012, Chris joined PNH Technology, as a Sales Executive and Partner. Chris was in integral part of the PNH Technology and Sourcing Solutions merger in 2018.  When Larry asked if he thought the merger was a good idea, Chris’s response was, “It’s a no brainer”, and the rest is history!  Chris is excited about the Omnichannel Distribution platform, and what it has to offer as it helps our manufacturers sell their products through both distribution partners, and online marketplaces like Amazon.  Chris’s extensive knowledge in fulfillment, vendor relations, customer service, and process development has been instrumental in pushing this vision forward to its success.

During a career that spans almost two decades, Chris has established himself as a key partner at Phelps United.  His journey began with his passion for learning and his strong interest in the ever-changing world of IT and distribution, and he has loved every minute of the ride.  Whether it is the newest gadget, or how to master his backyard grill, you can count on Chris to have some knowledge and understanding of how it all works.  Chris is a California native and enjoys spending his free time traveling in his RV exploring the world with his wife, and two beautiful daughters.  

Lloyd Seeley

Chief Technology Officer

Lloyd joined the company as an original team member in 2010, and has more than 20 years of extensive hardware and software experience including planning, design and deployment of technical platforms, networking, product engineering, quality control, production management and operations.

Prior to joining Sourcing Solutions, Lloyd served as the owner and operator and consultant of a technical consulting firm to small and mid-sized businesses, where he streamlined processes in production, and operations by translating business needs with technology solutions. Lloyd also served as the MIS Director at the world’s leading independent distributor of data-center products. 

Lloyd‘s education and experience draws from advanced information technology training and hands-on experience.

Lloyd enjoys, hockey, photography, reading and spending time outdoors with his wife and beautiful daughter.

Manny Garcia

Vice President of Sales

Manny has more than 15 years of experience in the hardware industry and successfully runs a sales team known for fostering strong partnerships with suppliers, value-added resellers, purchasers and business partners. Manny’s team not only meets and exceeds established service-level agreements in sourcing response time, but is pivotal in keeping customers happy during the sales support process.

Prior to joining Sourcing Solutions, Manny served as Director of Channel Sales for Approved Memory where he provided legacy memory solutions to Fortune 1000 companies, focusing on fulfilling solutions that other large memory companies and OEM’s no longer support.

Jesse Lee

Vice President of Product Management

Jesse is a strategic and goal-oriented leader responsible for managing and mentoring the Product Management team.  Jesse is also responsible for overseeing the company-wide procurement and inventory holdings for the organization.  In 2015, Jesse joined the team to manage the storage and consumer lines and since that time, he has onboarded multiple OEMs while building out overseas sourcing channels.

Jesse comes from a background of sales and purchasing and has extensive experience dealing with global vendor development, coming from both a US-based tech reseller and a Taiwan-based manufacturer. Jesse works hand in hand with the Product Management team and CTO to build out software platforms that have elevated and enabled business intelligence across all departments within the organization.

On the weekends, Jesse enjoys playing golf and searching for the newest restaurants to indulge. He is passionate about investing, watching market trends, and keeping an eye on technology product lifecycles.  Jesse is motivated through the determination and success of his peers and believes in always leading by example.

Chris Smith

Director of Sales for Distribution

Chris is responsible for managing relationships and facilitating business and growth with our distributor partners. Chris has been with Sourcing Solutions since 2012. He has served in many roles in multiple departments over the years as the company has continued to grow and evolve.

Chris graduated from University of California Irvine, UCI, with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science. In his spare time, Chris enjoys skimboarding, surfing, running, exercising and has been known to occasionally binge TV shows on Netflix to unwind.  But whatever Chris is doing, you will find him with his beautiful wife and their dog, Noodle. Chris is driven by a desire to grow both personally and professionally. He cares deeply about our customers and their success and is inspired by the Teddy Roosevelt quote that “People don’t care how much you know, until they know how much you care.”

Jessica Hackney

Sales Manager, D2R

Jessica is responsible for overseeing the direct to reseller team.  Jessica has established a reputation for building long lasting relationships with her clients.  She is  focused on fostering relationships through trust and respect, while offering products and services at the best pricing available. Jessica brings a great deal of knowledge of the direct to reseller business with over 17 years of experience.

Jessica graduated from San Diego State University  (SDSU) with a bachelor’s degree in Communications, minor in Marketing. Jessica is an auxiliary member at the American Legend and is very active in all the charity work for her post. In her spare time, Jessica loves to travel all over the world with her husband, daughter, and son. Jessica believes life is short “Don’t count the days. Make the days count” Muhammad Ali.   Love what you do, Jessica says “work isn’t considered work since she views all her clients as her friends.”

Nikolai Tahmin

Director of Ecommerce

Nikolai oversees creating and developing innovative digital sales and driving profitable growth through online channels.  Nikolai has been with the company for one year. Prior to Sourcing Solutions, he managed premium apparel brands on Amazon via 1P and 3P platforms. 

Nikolai graduated from Pace University in New York City with a B.A. in Marketing and Advertisement. He is a proud member of a private Amazon mentorship program where he guides young entrepreneurs to succeed through the Amazon industry.  In Nikolai’s spare time, he loves to experience new cultures through travel, as well as traveling to his home in Norway where his family resides.  Nikolai believes that hunger for knowledge will provide a world of opportunity, both personal and professionally. Nikolai is driven to grow our partners ecommerce presence while providing full transparency with our strategic endeavors.

Debra Nash

Accounting & Inventory Control Manager

Debra is responsible for managing the day-to-day functions of the Accounting department as well as responsible for all aspects of Inventory Control. Debra started with Sourcing Solutions in 2017 following her graduation from California State University Fullerton where she obtained her bachelor’s degree with a dual emphasis in Accounting and Finance. She is currently attending Chapman University in pursuit of her master’s degree in Accounting which will also fulfill her required hours to begin the process of becoming a CPA.  Debra lives by the quote, “Luck is a product of hard work”. She tries to live up to this quote by consistently challenging herself to not only grow her position within Phelps United, but also to further the growth of Phelps United as a whole.

In her spare time, Debra practices kickboxing and enjoys spending time with her family and beautiful daughter.

Jennifer Guadarrama

Accounting Manager

Jennifer oversees the Accounting Department and is responsible for Phelps United accounting and financial operations.  Jennifer has been with the company since 2016, when she began as an Accounting/HR intern after receiving her B.A. in Business Economics from the University of California, Irvine (UCI).  She was among the first college graduated interns that Phelps United hired. Since then, she has learned every aspect of the company’s accounting operation and continued contributing to the department, earning her the opportunity to be in the role she is today. Jennifer loves a challenge and has enjoyed continuously learning as the company has continued to grow. She is constantly looking for methods to continue supporting all departments, particularly through process improvement. She strongly believes everyone should leave things better than they found them and strives to incorporate that in the work setting.

In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys spending time hiking, going to the beach to catch the sunsets, roller skating, and spending time with her family. She believes, life is too short to not spend it doing the things you love with the people you cherish the most.

Linda Brewer

Human Resources Manager

Linda is responsible for all aspects of Human Resources, Payroll and Office Administration.  For over 20 years, Linda has been a leader in the Human Resources industry. Driven by her strong passion for people, leadership ability and knowledge and expertise in Human Resources, Linda takes pride in creating a great company culture.    

Linda graduated from The University of Phoenix with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management.   In addition, she has earned a Human Resources Management Certification from the University of California Irvine (UCI). In her spare time, Linda enjoys traveling and loves to plan trips with her husband to visit her family especially trips with her daughter, two sons and a beautiful new daughter in law.  When she is not traveling, she enjoys relaxing at the beach, reading, puzzles and scrapbooking. Linda’s favorite quote is from Albert Einstein – “Strive not to be a success, but rather to be of value.”

Sonny Pacho

Warehouse Manager

Sonny is responsible for overseeing all warehouse functions from when the product enters the warehouse to when it is shipped to our customers. Sonny has over 20 years of warehouse experience and takes great pride in all warehouse logistics to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently. In his spare time, Sonny enjoys watching the Lakers, Dodgers and Rams as well as spending time with his wife and two daughters. Sonny is a big fan of the late Kobe Bryant and believes strongly in his philosophy.  His favorite quote is:  “The important thing is that your teammates have to know you’re pulling for them and you really want them to be successful.” Sonny strives to ensure that everyone on the Phelps United team works consistently to provide the highest level of customer service and maximize the customer’s satisfaction.
