Mike Rubin

Mike Rubin currently serves as chief executive officer of Sourcing Solutions LLC. Mike joined Sourcing Solutions in January 2015. Mike has more than 20 years of business technology experience, working with various leading companies in the technology industry.

Mike joined Sourcing Solutions after 10 years of running Rubin Management Group, which owned and operated small businesses and provided strategic consulting services to technology companies. Prior to this, Mike held senior executive positions with leading technology companies. These include vice president of business development for Broadcom, executive vice president and general manager of Alta Vista Corporation, and general manager, Consumer PC Division, for Compaq Computer.

Mike graduated from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California. He has also completed the Leadership program at Harvard Business School.

Kent Kerbs

Kent serves as chief financial and administration officer of Sourcing Solutions, LLC. Kent joined Sourcing Solutions as an original team member. He has served as CFO since its inception in 2010. Kent is responsible for the company’s financial organization, the human resources function, and general administration duties.

Kent has over 20 years of accounting and finance experience and has worked with various leading companies in the finance industry. Prior to Sourcing Solutions, Kent served as Senior Manager at Capital Guardian Trust Company, one of the nation’s largest investment management organizations. Kent also worked as a Manager, Financial Reporting & Pricing for Pacific Investment Management Company, LLC (PIMCO). He is an alumnus of PriceWaterhouse and is a licensed CPA (inactive).

Kent received a BS in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting and Economics from the University of Kansas.

Lloyd Seeley

Lloyd serves as chief technology and operations officer of Sourcing Solutions, LLC. Lloyd joined the company as an original team member in 2010, and has more than 20 years of extensive hardware and software experience including planning, design and deployment of technical platforms, networking, product engineering, quality control, production management and operations.

Prior to joining Sourcing Solutions, Lloyd served as the owner and operator and consultant of a technical consulting firm to small and mid-sized businesses, where he streamlined processes in production, and operations by translating business needs with technology solutions. Lloyd also served as the MIS Director at the world’s leading independent distributor of data-center products. 

Lloyd‘s education and experience draws from advanced information technology training and hands-on experience.

Manny Garcia

Manny serves as the director of sales for end of life and refurbished products at Sourcing Solutions, LLC. Manny has more than 15 years of experience in the hardware industry and successfully runs a sales team known for fostering strong partnerships with suppliers, value-added resellers, purchasers and business partners. Manny’s team not only meets and exceeds established service-level agreements in sourcing response time, but is pivotal in keeping customers happy during the sales support process.

Prior to joining Sourcing Solutions, Manny served as Director of Channel Sales for Approved Memory where he provided legacy memory solutions to Fortune 1000 companies, focusing on fulfilling solutions that other large memory companies and OEM’s no longer support.

Chris Borghi

Chris serves as the director of category management and purchasing for Sourcing Solutions LLC, joining in April 2016. Chris has 15 years of experience selling and managing telecommunication equipment.

Prior to joining Sourcing Solutions, Borghi was the General Manager at Telogiks, LP in Irvine where he held responsibility for sales, inventory management, and remanufacturing. Previously he was VP – Telecom Equipment Division where he implemented a turn-around of their sales and profitability. Prior to that Chris spent 10 years at Paragon Communications with increasing sales roles and culminating in managing the Cisco product line. Chris will be responsible for streamlining the company’s purchasing processes and expanding the product management breadth and capabilities.

Chris Borghi earned his Bachelor’s degree from Boston College.

Sarah Pirshafiey

Sarah serves as corporate controller of Sourcing Solutions, LLC. She joined the company in July 2014. Sarah manages the finance and accounting department. She is responsible for financial reporting, budgeting and planning, credit management, departmental operations, and employee benefits and payroll. 

Sarah has over 18 years of accounting and finance experience including background in public accounting practice. Prior to joining Sourcing Solutions, Sarah served as a corporate controller for a prominent financial company. She also served as an audit and accounting manager for several regional public accounting firms.

Sarah received a BA in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting and Business Management from California State University at Fullerton.
