Welcome to the largest, and youngest, group of additions to the Sourcing Solutions family. This summer, six new interns are being added to the team. They will be helping sales, marketing, accounting, and human relations.

Collegiate students from Big XII rivals and high school students come together to bring some fresh and youthful insight to the rapidly expanding company and technological world.

Sourcing Solutions welcomes recent economics graduate Jennifer Guadarrama from UCI to the Human Resources and Accounting Department. Jennifer first met the Sourcing Solutions family earlier this year in March for UCI’s job shadowing program and we are delighted to have her back again.

The Sourcing Solution leadership quality runs in the genes, as CEO Mike Rubin and CFO Kent Kerbs show the ropes to their daughters this summer. These second generation Sourcing Solution stars will be working on administrative projects, as well as assisting in accounting and human relations. You might have some big shoes to fill Lauren Rubin and Riley Kerbs, but we are excited to watch you grow and learn every step of the way.

In the marketing department, we are thrilled to introduce business major Sean Brewer from the University of Oklahoma and strategic communications major Helena Virga from TCU. Sean will be designing graphics for the company as well as hoping on the salesforce train. Helena will be writing blogs, press releases, and maintaining social media to keep communications flowing.

Similarly coming from the Big XII, Ryan Johnson of Baylor University will be working in the sales department on customer service projects. When Ryan isn’t shooting hoops on the court, he’s balling right here at home in the office.

Congratulations interns; we are excited to see where this summer takes you.
